Plinabulin targets cells in the tumor vasculature resulting in selective anti-tumor activity. Plinabulin has also demonstrated a range of immuno-stimulatory effects, including stimulating the maturation of dendritic cells, increasing cytokine secretion, downregulating inhibitory T-cells, and stimulating tumor-antigen-specific T-cell activation.
