LP-300 is a small molecule with cysteine modifying activity on select protein. LP-184, is in a preclinical translational ex vivo study using fresh human biopsies. LP-184 is an alkylating agent with nanomolar potency that preferentially damages deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) in cancer cells that overexpress certain biomarkers.
