(IS&S) is a systems integrator that designs, develops, manufactures, sells and services air data equipment, engine display systems, standby equipment, flight guidance and cockpit display systems for retrofit applications and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). The Company sells its products to both the OEM and the retrofit markets. It offers products, such as Flat Panel Display Systems, Flight Management Systems, Integrated Standby Units, Air Data Systems and Components, Engine and Fuel Displays, and Integrated Global Navigation System. The Company serves various OEMS; commercial air transport carriers and corporate/general aviation companies; the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and its commercial contractors; aircraft operators; aircraft modification centers, and foreign militaries. It also sells its products to agencies of the United States and foreign governments.
