EnPro Industries, Inc. (EnPro), is engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing engineered industrial products. The Company operates through two segments: Sealing Products and Engineered Products. The Company’s Sealing Products segment includes two operating divisions, Garlock and Technetics. Its Technetics designs, manufactures and sells high performance metal seals, mechanical seals, elastomeric seals, edge-welded bellows, pedestals for semiconductor manufacturing, and a wide range of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) products. The Company’s Engineered Products segment includes two high performance industrial products businesses: GGB and Compressor Products International (CPI). Its GGB designs, manufactures and sells self-lubricating, non-rolling, metal polymer and engineered plastics. Its CPI designs, manufactures, sells and services components for reciprocating compressors and engines.
