The San Francisco Hotel Property is owned by the Justice Investors Limited Partnership (the Partnership) through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Justice Operating Company, LLC. The Hotel is centrally located in the Financial District in San Francisco, one block from the Transamerica Pyramid. The Company’s investment in real estate consists of approximately 20 properties located throughout the United States, with a concentration in Texas and Southern California.
