Peapack-Gladstone Financial Corporation is a bank holding company. Peapack-Gladstone Bank (the Bank), is the Company’s principal subsidiary. The Bank is a state chartered commercial bank. The Bank provides private banking services to businesses, non-profits and consumers through its private banking locations in Bedminster, Morristown, Princeton and Teaneck, New Jersey, its wealth management division and its branch network in Somerset, Morris, Hunterdon, Middlesex and Union counties. The Corporation operates through two segments: Banking and Private Wealth Management Division. Commercial loan customers of the Bank are business owners, professionals, retailers, contractors and real estate investors. In addition, the Bank offers a range of consumer banking services, including checking and savings accounts, money market and interest-bearing checking accounts, certificates of deposit, and individual retirement accounts held in certificates of deposit.
