The Company’s segments are San Diego Gas & Electric Company (SDG&E), Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas), Sempra Texas Utilities, Sempra Mexico, and Sempra Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG). SDG&E provides electric services and natural gas services. SoCalGas owns and operates a natural gas distribution, transmission and storage system that supplies natural gas. Sempra Mexico segment includes energy infrastructure business. Sempra LNG develops projects for the export of LNG, holds an interest in a facility for the export of LNG, owns and operates natural gas pipelines, and buys, sells and transports natural gas through its marketing operations, all within the United States and Mexico. Sempra Texas Utilities includes its investment in Oncor Holdings.
