In trading on Thursday, semiconductors shares were relative leaders, up on the day by about 3.1%. Leading the group were shares of GSI Technology, up about 20.5% and shares of Rigetti Computing up about 12.2% on the day.
Also showing relative strength are metals & mining shares, up on the day by about 2.6% as a group, led by 5E Advanced Materials, trading higher by about 15.4% and Ivanhoe Electric, trading higher by about 7.8% on Thursday.
