Invesco Advantage Municipal Income Trust II is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Trust’s investment objective is to provide a high level of current income exempt from federal income tax, consistent with preservation of capital. The Trust will invest substantially all of its assets in municipal securities that are rated investment grade by at least one nationally recognized statistical rating organization and that are exempt from federal taxes. Municipal obligations include municipal bonds, municipal notes, municipal commercial paper and lease obligations. The Trust also may invest up to 2% of its net assets in non-investment-grade and unrated securities. The Trust’s investment advisor is Invesco Advisers, Inc.
