Eagle Point Credit Company Inc. is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Company’s investment objective is to generate current income and capital appreciation. The Company seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing in equity and junior debt tranches of collateralized loan obligations (CLOs). The CLOs are collateralized by a diverse portfolio consisting primarily of below investment grade United States senior secured loans. Eagle Point Credit Management LLC (Eagle Point) is the investment manager of the Company. Eagle Point Administration LLC (EPA) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Eagle Point and is its administrator.
