Wells Fargo Advantage Utilities and High Income Fund is a closed end fund. The Fund’s objective is to seek a high level of current income and moderate capital growth, with an emphasis on providing tax-advantaged dividend income. The Fund will invest at least 8% of its net assets in securities of utilities companies (water, gas, electric and telecommunications companies) and in U.S. non-investment grade debt securities. The Fund’s investment advisor is Wells Fargo Funds Management, LLC.
