Global High Income Fund Inc. (the Fund) is a closed-end, non-diversified management investment company. The Fund’s primary investment objective is to achieve a high level of current income. As a secondary objective the Fund seeks capital appreciation, to the extent consistent with its primary objective. In the normal course of business, the Fund enters into contracts that contain a variety of representations that provide general indemnification for certain liabilities. It may invest in securities that are subject to legal or contractual restrictions on resale. These securities generally may be resold in transactions exempt from registration or to the public if the securities are registered. The Fund’s investment advisor and administrator is UBS Global Asset Management (Americas) Inc.
