The Group has a license from CarlsonSM, a hospitality and travel company, to develop and operate Park Plaza Hotels & Resorts in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The art’otel brand is wholly owned by the Company. The Company’s portfolio of owned, managed, leased and franchised hotels consists of 38 hotels, offering a total of over 8,3 guest rooms and 2 meeting rooms, several restaurants, bars, health clubs and spas. The Company operates in the United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands and Croatia.
