The Bank is a financial services company committed to serving consumers and small to mid-sized businesses.  The Bank has three wholly owned subsidiaries: Provident Financial Corp (PFC), Profed Mortgage, Inc., and First Service Corporation. The Corporation operates in two business segments: community banking and mortgage banking. The Bank’s community banking operations consist of accepting deposits from customers within the communities surrounding its service offices and investing those funds. The Bank`s mortgage banking activities consist of the origination, purchase and sale of single-family mortgage loans.
