The Company originates and invests primarily in private middle-market companies, typically those with $5. million to $5. million of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) through first lien, second lien, unitranche and mezzanine debt financing, with corresponding equity co-investments. The Company’s investment activities are managed by Stellus Capital Management, LLC (Stellus Capital Management), an investment advisory firm.
