Lazard Global Total Return and Income Fund, Inc. (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s strategies include Global Equity Strategy and the Emerging Income Strategy. The Fund’s investment objective is total return, consisting of capital appreciation and income. The Fund Invests in a portfolio of approximately 35 to 45 equities with a market cap of $5 billion or greater, which are domiciled in those countries that comprise the MSCI World Index. The Lazard Emerging Income strategies are short duration, globally diversified emerging market (EM) currency and local debt strategies that attain exposure to EM countries by investing in local market instruments, including currency forwards and local currency denominated debt. The strategies are Lazard Emerging Income (LEI), Lazard Emerging Market Currency Income (EMCI), and Lazard Emerging Income Plus (LEI Plus). Lazard Asset Management LLC is the Fund’s investment manager.
